Types and Applications of Electric Plastic Ball Valves
Electric plastic
ball valves are one of the most widely used valve types in multiple industries in recent years. Their
valve body is lightweight, corrosion-resistant, hygienic, non-toxic, and wear-resistant. It is easy to disassemble. They are easy to install and maintain. They are used in multiple fields, such as general pure water, drinking water, sewage, saline water, and seawater, including acid-base and chemical solution pipeline systems. The quality has been recognized by a large number of users, becoming an important requirement for various corrosive pipeline fluids.
All parts of the electric plastic ball valve adopt injection molding.
The plastic parts are assembled and formed, and the sealing ring adopts F4, which has excellent corrosion resistance. The overall leakage point is small. The strength is high. The rotation is flexible. The use is convenient, and the service life is long. According to different connection forms, it can be divided into flange type, threaded type, socket type. The most common flexible joint is the double ring. According to different materials, it can be divided into PPR, PVDF, PPH, CPVC, UPVC, etc., with a temperature resistance of -14 ℃ to 100 ℃ and -40 ℃ to 120 ℃.

The electric plastic ball valve has a compact structure, reliable sealing, small volume, and light weight, but it is only suitable for use in pipelines with normal temperature and pressure medium. Generally, the pressure should not exceed 1.0Mpa. The working temperature should be less than 150 ℃, and the medium should not contain granular impurities. If the temperature and pressure are high, electric hard sealed ball valves can be selected. If there are impurities, fibers, slurry and other viscous substances in the medium, electric V-shaped ball valves need to be selected.
Classification and selection of pneumatic plastic ball valves
The pneumatic plastic ball valve is one of the anti-corrosion valve types with the highest demand for corrosive pipeline fluids. Compared with other valves, its biggest advantage is that the valve body is lightweight. It has strong corrosion resistance. It is easy to install and maintain, and is particularly suitable for liquids and gases with relatively clean media. The pneumatic plastic ball valves have small torque and fast opening and closing speed, which can be used to cut off or connect media, as well as for fluid regulation and control. They are used in various industries, such as general purified water and drinking water, drainage and sewage, saline water and seawater, acid-base and chemical solution systems.

Pneumatic double acting PP ball valves
All parts of pneumatic plastic ball valve are assembled and formed by injection molding, and the integral type has few leakage points. It is a key device for controlling the flow rate of corrosive media in chemical pipelines, but it is only suitable for normal temperature and pressure. Generally, the working pressure should not exceed 1.0Mpa, and the working temperature is less than 150 ℃. According to the different connection forms, there are flange type, thread type, socket type, and the most common flexible joint double ring. The materials are divided into PPR, PVDF, PPH, CPVC, UPVC, etc., which can withstand corrosion from low to high concentrations of most acids, alkalis, and salts.
Pneumatic UPVC flange ball valves
Pneumatic PP flange ball valve The pneumatic plastic ball valve must not contain hard granular impurities in the medium used to prevent scratching the surface or sealing surface of the ball, resulting in leakage. It should also not be used in pipelines with high pressure or temperature! If there are impurities, fibers, slurry and other viscous substances in the medium, pneumatic V-shaped ball valves need to be selected.
