Double blocking with discharge function
The fixed ball valve uses the spring pre-tight floating seat. Whether the valve is fully open or fully closed, the upstream and downstream sides of the valve seat can block the fluid. The body cavity retention excretes through the discharge valve.
Automatic pressure relief function
When the temperature of the staying medium in the valve body cavity rises and causes an abnormal pressure boost, it is not necessary to go through the safety valve. It only relies on the function of the seat to automatically relieve pressure, which is very important to ensure the safety of the valve when conveying liquid medium.
Fire safety structure
The valves are fire safe. They are designed and manufactured in accordance with API 607 and API 6FA specifications.
Sealed emergency grease rescue
Due to accidental seat seal failure caused by foreign matter in the medium or fire, the grease valve provides a quick connection to the grease gun easily and quickly. It also injects the sealant into the seat sealing area to relieve leakage.
Reliable stem seal and low operating torque
In addition to the standard sealing ring, the packing gland is also provided with an "O" sealing ring, and double sealing to ensure the reliability of the valve stem seal. Additional graphite packing and seal grease injection minimize stem leakage after a fire. Stem sliding bearings and thrust bearings allow easy valve operation.
Full-diameter or reduced-diameter
Full-diameter or reduced-diameter structures can be selected according to the need. The flow aperture of the full-diameter valve is consistent with the inner diameter of the pipeline. It is very easy for pipeline cleaning.
The stem can be extended.
The valve stem can be lengthened as required by installation or operation. Extend rod ball valves, which are especially suitable for city gas and other places in the laying of pipelines. Lengthen the size of valve stems according to customers’ needs.
Flexible operations
A valve operating torque is greatly reduced by using the seat and stem bearings with a low friction coefficient and good self-lubricity. Therefore, even if there is no sealing grease provided, it can also operate the valve flexibly and freely for a long time.
