3. During the fix process, we should check carefully whether the valve has packing and the packing gland is tightened or not.
4. Before installation, we should check if there is dust, sand, iron oxide or others in the valve. If there is, the valve should be cleaned.
5.There should be an abrasive treatment for those valves that need to be disassembled for repair.
6.During the installation process, all
valves have to be installed under the right system and pressure. Do not mess up and mix it. So they should be numbered and well recorded in a system.
7.Tighten the fastener. This should be done under the symmetry direction and one by one.
