2. No dead zone design and small opening torque
The plate shape of triple eccentric butterfly valves is an oval cone. Its surface is hard alloy, and the wear resistance is excellent. The floating U-shaped stainless steel valve seat has an automatic center adjustment function. When the valve is opened, the sealing surface valve plate of the elliptical cone is first removed from the U-shaped elastic seat and then rotated. When closed, the valve plate rotates. Under the action of the eccentric shaft, the valve plate automatically adjusts the center to the elastic valve seat. It puts pressure on the valve seat to deform until the valve seat is closely matched with the elliptical conical sealing surface of the valve plate. When the valve is switched on and off, the disc does not scratch the valve seat, and the torque of the valve stem is directly transmitted to the sealing surface through the disc. The opening torque is small, which eliminates the common jumping phenomenon when opening the valve. That is, it eliminates the dead zone (inductive belt). This no-dead zone design makes the Triple eccentric butterfly valve can almost enter the adjustable area from 0 opening degrees to 90 opening degrees. Its control ratio can be as high as 1001 or more, which is two times than the general butterfly valve.
3. Zero leakage, high-temperature resistance and high-pressure resistance
The biggest characteristic of triple eccentricity is that the sealing structure is fundamentally changed. It is no longer position sealing, but torsion sealing. That is, it does not rely on the elastic deformation of the seat but completely depends on the contact surface pressure of the seat to achieve the sealing effect. This sealing structure makes the triple eccentric butterfly valve can be hard-sealed V I level. It is to achieve true zero leakage. At the same time, the problem of high temperature and high-pressure resistance is solved because of the selection of metal seats and the structural characteristics of the face seal. In addition, due to the use of a body seat structure, the valve structure of triple eccentric butterfly valves is more compact. It reduces the valve seat's direct contact with the medium opportunity, and the degree of valve seat erosion, and it effectively prevents the influence of small solids in the medium and thermal expansion.
