Pneumatic valves are driven by compressed air. There are only clear specifications, categories, pressure to meet the procurement requirements of the practice when purchasing the pneumatic valve. It can be used to control the flow of air, water, steam, all kinds of corrosive media, mud, oil, liquid metal and radioactive media and other types of fluid. It is not perfect in the current market economic environment. The pneumatic valve manufacturers innovate differently and form their own enterprise standards and product personality for the product competition. Therefore, it is very necessary to put forward technical requirements in detail in the procurement of pneumatic valves and coordinate with manufacturers to achieve consensus, as an accessory of the procurement contract of pneumatic valves. This type of valve in the pipeline should generally be installed horizontally.
Pneumatic valves should be noted in the transportation process:
1. Both sides of the pneumatic valve should be fixed with a light blocking plate.
2. Medium and small caliber pneumatic valves should be tied with straw ropes and transported by containers.
3. Large diameter pneumatic valves also have simple wooden frame solid packaging, so as to avoid damage in the process of transportation.
Installation and use
(1) Before installation and use, pneumatic valves must be checked before installation and switch operation test. Only under the condition of normal operation can be installed and used.
(2) The installation of pneumatic valve should make the valve and pipeline flange concentric as far as possible. It cannot make the ball valve by other external forces, so as not to damage the valve sealing and valve deformation and lead to that the valve switch can not work.
(3) To ensure that the power gas source provided by the gas ball valve and pneumatic components must be clean, without oil and water as far as possible. Cleanliness should be less than 0.4 micron.
(4) Before accessing the air source, it is necessary to clean the air supply pipeline, air source interface and switch and other devices, in order to prevent the failure caused by the dirt and silt rushing into the pneumatic execution unit, because the pipeline is not clean.
(5) The connection of pneumatic actuators, solenoid valves, positioners, filters, reducing valves can be copper or nylon pipes, in order to prevent dust and reduce noise. The muffler or muffler throttle valves should be installed on the exhaust port.
(6) After the installation, the pneumatic valve should be tested. Add the pressure of the pneumatic actuator to the rated value. (The pressure is 0.4 ~ 0.7mpa.)
(7) When installing debugging switch pneumatic valves, we should use the manual device first (the manual button on the solenoid valve) debugging. After that, debug it by being charged with electricity.
(8) Pneumatic valves should be regularly maintained at the rotation of the valve stem. It should be refueled (oil) once every three months. Regularly discharge water and sewage to the pneumatic execution unit and the air filter used together. Under normal circumstances, check it once every six months and overhaul it once a year.
