stainless steel pneumatic ball valve is composed of stainless steel ball valves configured with the pneumatic actuator. 1. The fluid resistance is small. The stainless steel pneumatic ball valve is a small fluid resistance of all valve classifications. Even for the reduced diameter stainless steel pneumatic ball valve, the fluid resistance is quite small.
2. The trust bearing reduces stem friction torque, which makes the stem long-term operation smooth and flexible.
3. The seat sealing performance is good. The sealing ring is made of ptfe and other elastic materials. The structure is easy to seal, and the sealing capacity of stainless steel pneumatic ball valves increases with the pressure of the medium.
4. The stem seal. Because the stem only rotates without lifting movement, the stem packing sea is not easy to damage, and the sealing capacity increases with the pressure of the medium.
5. Because PTFE and other materials have good self-lubrication and the friction loss with the ball is small, the service life of the stainless steel pneumatic ball valve is long.
6. A spring is set between the ball body, valve stem and valve body to export the static electricity generated by the switching process.
